Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Budler Android application (the "Service") operated by Budler ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Budler, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the Service

### Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

### User Account

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

### Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or similar solicitation
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Budler, a Budler employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful

    • Description of Service

    Budler is an Android personal budgeting application with optional AI coaching and cloud sync features.

    Intellectual Property

    ### Ownership

    The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Budler and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

    ### License

    Subject to these Terms, Budler grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

    User-Generated Content

    ### Responsibility

    Any data, text, information, or other materials that you submit through the Service ("User Content") are provided at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting it.

    ### License to User Content

    By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Budler a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in any existing or future media.

    User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information when using the app.

    Subscriptions

  • Premium features are available through in-app purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel anytime through the Google Play Store
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

    • Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the app
  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

    • Privacy

    Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

    Termination

    We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

    Limitation of Liability

    Budler is not responsible for decisions made based on information shown in the app. The app is provided without warranties of any kind.

    Disclaimer

    Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
